Family Promise of Southern Chester County offers a unique solution by calling on local congregations to provide food and shelter and offering the Resource Center as a home base for families in our program, we have been able to keep families from being separated in the social service system and get them back on their feet with lasting results.

Urban Promise Wilmington

Al-Anon/Alateen is a recovery support fellowship for families and friends of alcoholics. Al-Anon/Alateen members share how attendance has helped them more fully understand their alcoholic relative and learn how to enjoy a full and happy life, regardless of whether the alcoholic is still drinking or not. Al-Anon meets twice weekly and Alateen meets once a week at LBPC: Al-Anon Meetings: Monday 7:00-8:00 pm and Wednesday Noon-1:00 pm; Alateen Meeting: Monday 7:00-8:00 pm. Meals On Wheels Delaware provides financial resources to meal-delivery programs statewide that offer nutritious meals, independence and a personal connection to homebound seniors.
