Lower Brandywine Cemetery is nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of the historic Brandywine Valley of northern Delaware and Southern Pennsylvania. Located next to the Lower Brandywine Presbyterian Church, established in 1790, the cemetery offers a peaceful setting for interment and has been serving families for over 200 years.
Overgrown and dying cemetery bushes will be removed in Spring 2019 in order to maintain the beauty of our cemetery. Maintenance and care of bushes/trees planted by the lot owners is not included in the perpetual care contract.
The cemetery is not responsible for items planted or installed in the cemetery.
Grass cutting begins in March. Plants for Easter, Mothers’ Day, Fathers’ Day and Christmas will be removed three weeks following the holiday.
